After a depressing opening to the league season, Alloa fans are hoping that the new year (and the transfer window) will change our fortunes. There have been some good performances but individual lapses at the back and a lack of finishing up front has left us in a perilous position. But, as always, we are only a signing or two away from a good team..
The artificial pitch has resulted in no cancelled games - whether that is a good thing or not is a debateable point. Maybe it would have been better to have some games after the transfer window!
